The Meadows is a "55 or older" affordable housing project. It is a tax credit. You must meet age & income eligibility, 60% area median income. There are twenty 1 Bedroom and five 2 Bedroom apartments. Fourteen out of the 25 units are fully ADA compliant, 11 units are easily convertible. Units are heated by Dual Maine energy system wood pellet boilers with propane boilers for domestic hot water and heating back up. There are beautiful gardens surrounding the front and back of the building as well as a pergola with ADA picnic tables and grills.
